1981-1999—an executive at Hawker Siddeley Canada Inc. ("HSC"), a publicly traded, multi-national Canadian company. From 1994 to 1999 Vice-President, General Counsel and Secretary and from 1994 to 1996 served as a member of the Board of Directors.
