Bandler Corporation provides consulting services in high-frequency and mixed-signal
computer-aided engineering (CAE). Dr.
John W. Bandler, President, pioneered contributions to CAE, specializing in
optimization technologies applied to device, circuit and electromagnetic software.
Areas of application include radio-frequency, wireless, microwave and millimeterwave
circuits and systems.
Dr. Bandler was President of Optimization Systems Associates Inc. (OSA), which he founded in 1983.
Hewlett-Packard Company acquired OSA in 1997, expanding HP's CAE portfolio, and OSA became part of
the HP EEsof Division.
Since 1993, Dr. Bandler directed research on Surrogate Modeling and
Space Mapping for engineering
modeling, design and optimization in the Simulation
Optimization Systems Research Laboratory at McMaster University.
